Terms of use

These terms of use apply to the website, the account, the dashboard, and the Chrome extension. They do not govern SCALORO LLC’s other services, including the courses sold on Money Cooker.

Creating an account, signing in, or using the extension means you accept these terms of use and the terms of sale. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Access is by email and password, or through Discord (OAuth). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for anything done from your account.

The account is personal. Sharing, lending, or reselling the account is prohibited and may lead to access being closed, without a refund.

You agree to use the extension for its intended purpose and in line with the rules of eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, and Google. You remain solely responsible for listings, prices, stock, orders, and the service you owe your buyers.

Price and stock tracking does not run on its own: you start it. The Publisher does not watch your store for you.

The extension depends on services the Publisher does not control. A change in those services may remove or degrade a feature, without compensation. No commercial result is guaranteed.

Each monthly period of an active subscription, or of the lifetime offer, includes 6,000 generation credits. They reset every period. Unused included credits are lost.

Credits bought as a pack are personal, non-transferable, and are not wiped when the monthly quota resets. Any attempt to share, resell, or misuse them may lead to the account being suspended, without a refund.

You may not use the website or the extension to:

• carry out anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to a third party’s rights;
• bypass the rules of a marketplace or a supplier;
• probe, overload, or disrupt the servers;
• access another user’s account or data;
• resell, copy, or decompile the service, except where mandatory law allows it.

The Publisher may suspend or close access in case of a breach, without notice or compensation.

The Publisher aims to keep access available, without a duty of uninterrupted uptime. Interruptions may happen for maintenance, updates, or incidents. They do not give rise to compensation.

The elements of the website and the extension are protected. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to the length of your access. You receive no right in the Ecom Autopilot brand.

The Publisher guarantees no sales result. You alone are responsible for how you run your business.

The service is not coaching. The Publisher does not have to help you run your eBay store. Its involvement is limited to technical support for the bot, under the terms of sale.

Except where mandatory law says otherwise, the Publisher’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the previous twelve months.

In case of a serious breach of the terms of use or the terms of sale, the Publisher may suspend access, remove it permanently without a refund, and take the appropriate action in case of infringement, fraud, or defamation.

The Publisher may change these terms of use. The applicable version is the one published on this page on the date of your visit. Continuing to use the service after publication means you accept the new version going forward.
