Terms of sale

The publisher is SCALORO LLC, 8206 Louisiana Blvd Ne, Ste A #9394, Albuquerque, NM 87111, United States (the “Publisher”), which operates the Ecom Autopilot brand.

These terms of sale govern the sale of the extension subscription, the lifetime offer, and generation-credit packs. Placing an order means you accept these terms and the terms of use.

Ecom Autopilot is a Google Chrome extension and an online service that automate eBay dropshipping tasks: finding products that have already sold, finding the supplier on Amazon and AliExpress, generating and publishing AI-assisted listings, price and stock tracking (which you start yourself), placing supplier orders, and sending tracking numbers back.

No course and no coaching are included, with one exception: the lifetime offer comes with free access to the “Dropshipping eBay” course, described in section 3. The price does not include coaching, personal follow-up of your business, or help running your eBay store. The Publisher does not sell business advice or company formation. Where those offers exist, they are covered by other contracts, on other websites.

The subscription and the lifetime offer include the same features and extension updates for as long as your access lasts. Each monthly period includes 6,000 generation credits. These credits do not roll over: the quota resets each period, and unused credits are lost, with no carryover and no compensation.

Prices are shown in euros, including applicable taxes, at the time of the order. They may change for future orders, without affecting a period already paid or a lifetime offer already granted.

• Monthly: €97 per month, charged automatically through Stripe.
• Quarterly: €247 per quarter, charged automatically through Stripe.
• Lifetime: €1,497, paid once. Access is permanent, with no recurring charge. The purchase is handled manually after you ask through the contact form. It includes free access to the online course “Dropshipping eBay” (worth €297 incl. VAT), which teaches eBay dropshipping through videos. The course is hosted on the Money Cooker website (moneycooker.fr), run by the Publisher, and is opened for life on your Money Cooker account (Discord login) when the offer is set up. It is self-paced, with no personal follow-up. As it comes with the lifetime offer, it cannot be separated from it: it cannot be exchanged, turned into a discount or refunded.
• Generation-credit pack: a one-time payment, at the price shown at checkout. The pack is offered only when your credit balance for the current period is zero. Purchased credits are added on top of the quota and are not wiped when the quota resets.

A promo code, if accepted at checkout, changes only the amount of that purchase. Payment is due immediately. It is processed by Stripe.

The monthly or quarterly subscription is open-ended. It renews on each billing date by automatic charge until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Access stays on until that date, then it stops. The current period is not refunded.

The lifetime offer has no end date and no renewal. It is not cancelled: access stays on, unless you breach these terms or the terms of use.

Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing the account, the credentials, or the credits, and reselling access, is prohibited.

You alone are responsible for complying with the terms of eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, and Google. You remain solely responsible for the listings you publish, the orders you place, and your relationship with your buyers.

In case of a breach, the Publisher may suspend or remove access without notice and without a refund, without prejudice to other remedies.

The services are digital content and services provided immediately after payment. If you live in a country that gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal, such as the countries of the European Union, that right can no longer be exercised once performance has started with your prior express consent and your express waiver of that right.

Before each payment (subscription or credit pack), you tick two separate boxes, never pre-ticked:

• one to accept these terms of sale and the terms of use;
• the other to ask for immediate access and expressly waive your right of withdrawal, acknowledging that you lose it once access begins.

Without both, the order cannot be placed. A dated confirmation of both appears on the order invoice.

Except where mandatory law says otherwise, payments are final:

• no refund of a subscription period already paid, including if you cancel early;
• no refund of the lifetime offer once access has been granted, including the free course;
• no refund of generation credits, whether they are included in the monthly quota or bought as a pack, whether used or not;
• no refund when the service is degraded by a third party (browser, eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, Chrome Web Store) that the Publisher does not control.

The Publisher does not provide coaching. The contract does not include a course (apart from the free course that comes with the lifetime offer, with no personal follow-up), coaching, follow-up of your business, or advice on your products, prices, margins, or store.

The Publisher does not support your eBay store. It does not step into the running of your selling activity: no help choosing products, no help with listings beyond the bot actually working, no help with your buyers’ customer service, disputes, returns, eBay account suspensions or closures, compliance, accounting, or results.

The only support included is technical support for the bot. It covers installing the extension, signing in, a software malfunction, and a billing question about the subscription or the credits. You can reach it through the contact form or at contact@ecomautopilot.app. This support is not an obligation to achieve a result, and no response time is guaranteed.

The website, the extension, the text, the visuals, and the Ecom Autopilot brand remain the property of the Publisher or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. You remain responsible for the content you publish on eBay with the tool.

The service is provided as is. The Publisher gives no warranty of revenue, margin, or of your eBay, Amazon, or AliExpress accounts remaining open.

The service depends on third parties (browser, marketplaces, suppliers, AI models). A change, restriction, or outage of those services may affect the extension without making the Publisher liable and without a right to a refund.

Except where mandatory law says otherwise, the Publisher’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service over the previous twelve months.

In a force majeure event, the parties’ obligations are suspended for as long as the event lasts. An outage of eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, or a technical provider is an event outside the Publisher’s control.

How data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States), where the Publisher is established.

If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence, nor of the right to bring a claim before the courts of that country where the law grants it.

If a dispute arises, the parties first look for an amicable solution, through the contact form. Failing that, the competent courts of the State of New Mexico have jurisdiction, subject to the same reservation.
