Track your profit: spreadsheet and dashboard

Net revenue, product cost, profit and margin for each sale, and an overview of your business.

Updated October 4, 2026

The spreadsheet

The Spreadsheet calculates your profitability sale by sale. Transactions come in automatically from your eBay orders.

  • Revenue (net eBay): what you receive after eBay fees.
  • Product cost: the price paid to the supplier, shown in its currency. If it was paid in a different currency from your revenue (for example in dollars on AliExpress or Amazon.com, with revenue in euros), it is converted at the day's rate to calculate profit, margin and totals.
  • Net profit and its margin as a percentage.
  • Transactions: the number of sales over the period.

Filter by Period (today, last 7 or 30 days, current month, current year, custom dates), by Status (active or canceled) and by Search (item, buyer, order number).

The Import CSV, Export CSV and Add manually buttons complete the table, for example to bring in a history or enter a missing sale. On each row, View in Orders opens the linked order, and a transaction can be marked as canceled or reactivated.

The dashboard

The Dashboard module gives an overview over 7 days, 30 days, the current month or the year: sales trend, status of bulk listing, price tracking, orders and sourcing, top products and recent sales. The profit shown on the Dashboard and in the Orders module uses the same currency conversion as the spreadsheet.
