Manage your subscription and billing

Your subscription is managed from your dashboard on ecomautopilot.app. In the extension, Settings, Manage billing button, takes you there directly.

Plans

Ecom Autopilot comes as a monthly, quarterly or lifetime plan (on request). Every plan gives access to all features, with 6,000 generation credits per month. Prices are on the pricing page. Payment is secured by Stripe, and promo codes are entered at checkout.

From the dashboard

• Subscription: status, next renewal date or access end date.
• Payment method: Change card for future payments.
• Billing email: the address that receives your invoices and receipts.
• Invoices: view or download them.
• Account: email address and password (Change button).

Cancel or resume

Click Cancel subscription: no new payment will be taken, and your access stays active until the end of the paid period. Until that date, Resume subscription reactivates it, without a new sign-up.

When access ends, the tools still running (bulk listing, product hunter, titles, competitors, tracker) stop by themselves. Supplier orders already being paid are not interrupted.
