Using Ecom Autopilot on several computers
What is synced and backed up with your account, and how to resolve a setting changed in two places.
Updated October 4, 2026
Your data is saved on your Ecom Autopilot account: settings, image templates, competitors, spreadsheet sales and orders. On a new computer, install the extension and log in: you get your work back.
Backup of your lists
Your titles, the product hunter queue and results, the bulk listing queue and the list of products already listed are also backed up online. Each Chrome profile saves its own backup, every 30 minutes when something has changed. If the extension starts without any of this data, for example on a new computer or after a reinstall, it automatically restores this profile's backup, or failing that the most complete one on your account, as soon as you are logged in.
A setting changed in two places
If the same setting was changed on two computers, the extension shows A setting was changed in two places and lets you choose:
- Keep this PC: this computer's version replaces the one saved on your account.
- Keep Ecom Autopilot: the version saved on your account replaces this computer's.
- Later: you decide later.
Your choice only affects the settings in conflict. Your competitors, sales and templates are merged between the computer and your account: nothing is deleted.
