Publish in bulk with bulk listing

Bulk listing turns each supplier product into a complete eBay listing. AI writes the title (80 characters max), picks the eBay category, fills in the item specifics and writes the description. The extension then applies your image template, calculates the price with your margin and publishes the listing.

Before you start

• Be logged in to your eBay seller account in Chrome.
• Choose your eBay policies.
• Check your generation credits: each generated listing uses 1 credit.

Fill the queue

• From the Product hunter: select results, then Send to bulk listing.
• From an Amazon or AliExpress product page: click Add to bulk listing in the extension panel.

Start publishing

While publishing, you can Pause, Resume or Stop. The Details button of a row shows the generated listing: eBay title, category, item specifics, variations and description. Reset puts every product back to pending, Clear deletes the whole queue.

Variations

A product with variations (color, size, capacity…) is published as a single multi-variation listing, each variation with its own price. In bulk listing, a product that exceeds Max variants / product is not published (see Set up your store).

For AliExpress, each variation uses the name shown on the supplier's product page. When several options share the same name and only differ by their photo, they are numbered: "Single Layer (Style 1)", "Single Layer (Style 2)"…

Errors and pauses

• Error: the row shows the step involved. Learn more shows the eBay message that blocked the listing.
• Already live: the product is already published in your store, it is not published again. If you deleted the listing on eBay, click Forget listed products at the top of the Settings: the product can then be published again.
• The queue can pause by itself (hourly safety limit, generation service under heavy load or temporarily unreachable): it resumes automatically and shows the delay.
• When your credits run out, products stay pending until your quota renews.

Publish a single product

On an Amazon product page, the extension shows an analysis panel:

• badges: Reliable (rating of at least 4 and at least 5 reviews), Prime or No Prime, VeRO, Banned category, Duplicate (already published on eBay), Invitation only;
• the Amazon price, the eBay estimate with your margin, and the Estimated margin (eBay price minus 13% eBay fees minus Amazon price).

Click List on eBay to publish this product right away (1 credit), or Add to bulk listing. AliExpress product pages show a similar panel.
